At Balance Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we can only accept returns on equipment and unopened accessories within 30 days of purchase. If your coffee arrived damaged or you received the wrong roast, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or store credit.

Email our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return or report as damaged.
Review Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our quality and safety standards for returns.
Ship Item Back
Once approved, securely package your unused equipment or accessories and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our roastery.
Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
